Processing Time The processing time for some of our wigs is within 5-7 business days. For processing times of other items or specific options, please refer to the indicated custom days on the product page.

Expedited Shipping

We typically utilize expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx, contingent upon your location, with an estimated shipping time of approximately 3 - 5 business days. Not available at this time.

PO Box & Military Base

Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO, FPO). Please furnish a physical address for your order.

Delivery Authorization

We strongly recommend signing for delivery. While we dispatch to the address provided with your order, we disclaim liability for losses incurred if you authorize parcel delivery to unattended locations such as doorsteps or courtyards.

Multiple Items

Orders comprising multiple items may be dispatched separately and delivered on different dates. Tracking numbers will be forwarded to you via email accordingly.

You will receive tracking numbers via email within 24-48 hours once your order had been shipped.
