If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer FREE exchanges for wigs. Please ensure the wig is in its original condition—unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging—within 30 days of purchase. Clearance wigs are exempt from this policy.

Before shipping your return, please contact us at contact@herluxxeofficial.com to obtain the correct shipping address. Do not use the sender's address on your package, as it will delay processing. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless an error was made on our part.

Exchange Policy

Email us atcontact@herluxxeofficial.com within 30 days of receiving your package to request an exchange. Please include photos of the hair for reference. We will provide return instructions if your request aligns with our policies.

We can process exchanges for items that are unworn or unaltered without a restocking fee. Shipping the returned product via FedEx is required; failure to comply may result in additional shipping fees.

We typically use DHL or FedEx for reshipping, with delivery within 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
